The contract concerns the services carried out by authorized bodies (OH) on pressure equipment, as part of their regalian mission under pressure equipment regulation. The contract also concerns services in the field of technical assistance relating to ESP and ESP/N activities.

It is:

— conformity assessment services,

— or representation under mandate of the Nuclear Safety Authority (ASN).

In the field of spare parts, maintenance operations or technical expertise of the Operational Technical Unit (UTO).

The materials concerned by the services are:

— new, repaired or modified pressure equipment (receptacles, exchangers, piping, pressure accessories, safety accessories);

— parts of equipment.

The market concerns technical assistance services carried out by the holder, specialised in the regulation of pressure equipment.

The contract also concerns services in the field of technical assistance for ESP activities.

It is:

— the support or implementation of UTO “Manufacturer” or UTO “Repairman” regulatory records;

— the support or drafting of a calculation note concerning, for example, the resumption of dimensioning of bolted assemblies on pressure equipment;

— declination of manufacturers' instruction manuals according to the ESP instruction instructions (N) declination guide.

Activities also consist of third-party activities, primarily:

— monitoring the development of the main part material under pressure (PPP) N1.

— monitoring of the carrying out of mechanical or other tests.
