The contractor is procured by open procedure. Tenders may be adopted without prior negotiation.
The Orderer intends to sign contracts with three (3) contractors that are ranked.
For works estimated to exceed SEK 200,000 (excluding VAT), renewed competition provision will apply. This is done by written request to all admitted contractors.
The Comptroder reserves the right to undertake separate procurement on the open market in case of major coherent works.

Växjöbostäder has a real estate stock that includes about 9100 apartments of which about 1900 student apartments and about 42,000 m2 premises.
Vedgejöbostäder and Vidingehem will be merged on 2023-01-01 and will Orderer's real estate stock covered by an additional about 2100 apartments, about 100 000m2 premises. Part of Vidingehem premises and associated laundry rooms/laundry equipment will pass to Vöfab's real estate stock which means that the area will be reduced.
Belonging the properties in Växjöbostäder's stock are about 252pc of communal laundries with about 1150 units as well as about 10pc of detergent dosing facilities supplying 92pc of machines. Adding items in Vidingehem properties are about 124pc of communal laundries with about 2pc of detergent dosing facilities providing about 6pc of machines.The scope can change both through new construction as well as the sale of properties and no guarantees are left on the scale.

The agreement also includes the refilling of chemicals in detergent dosing equipment for washing machines located in specific spaces and related services in the owner's stock.
The product group includes laundry equipment washing machines, dryers, mangles, condenser tumblers, heat exchangers, detergent dosing equipment and laundry reservation systems. The product group of laundry equipment may change during the contract period.
Manufactures of laundry equipment represented in the stock include Electrolux prof, Miele, Podab, Cylinda, Elbjörn and Nimoworks, among others. All machine types and manufactures applicable shall be repairable. Service and repairs of appliances in apartments, premises and group accommodations are not included in this procurement.
Coordination responsibilities with contractors in Construction, VS, Vent, Electricity and Lock/Reservation Systems are included.
The contractor shall engage with the requester on the overall economic best options.
