This conclusion aims at the conclusion of a framework agreement with purchase orders to accompany him to the Pôle canvassing as well as on the project management missions for the development of public spaces relating to the operation called "Quartier de la Gare" in Andrésy. This contract is divided into two phases conditioned to the issuance of purchase orders: Phase 1 - Mission to develop the reference plan for the Andrésy station hub, - APD mission of public spaces for the entire perimeter of the concession Phase 2 - Continuity of MOE missions (PRO, ATC, VISA, DET, AOR, OPC and additional services) for each sector of the concession subject to an order form Additional mission elements: -Elaboration of the file law on water -Elaboration of the development permit relating to public spaces -Opinion on building permits

The form chosen for the execution of the contract is purchase orders without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 600,000 euro (s) HT over the overall duration of 4 years, pursuant to Articles R2162-2, R2162-4 1 ° and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Order Code.
