The aim of this tender is to set up a programme that contains a range of instruments and activities, aimed at gaining insight into the employee's own talents and promoting talent/career development in a broad sense. The programme focuses initially on internal career development and only then on external career development. The Province wants the offer to be suitable for all employees, at all levels and for all functions, including project managers and managers. The Province strives for attractive employment. By investing in the employees, the quality of the entire service of the Province will be raised to a higher level.

The maximum contract value of the framework agreement for the tender including extensions is € 1,200,000,-- based on career paths, guidance/training of key figures with regard to talent development and setting up and conducting workshops, training including preparation. And also the possible advice on the realization of a talent pool of participants in the program. Upon reaching the total contract value, the framework agreement ends by operation of law.
