Kunnskapsdepartementet (KD) would like to enter into a contract for the planning and execution of government banquets connected to the award of international research prizes. KD would like a professional service provider with broad competence and experience from similar events for this work.

The contract is for the stated events that shall take place in the period 2015–2018. The assignment includes the planning and practical execution of an annual banquet for the award of the Abel prize and the Holberg prize respectively (i.e. each year in the period 2015-2018) and a banquet every other year for the award of the Kavli prize (i.e. in 2016 and 2018, respectively).
