1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive purchase of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for the Memorial of the Baptism of Polish Hospital in Gniezno.

1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive purchase of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for the Memorial of the Baptism of Polish Hospital in Gniezno.
2. The estimated demand for electricity for individual tariff groups during the contract performance period has been specified in the List of electricity consumption points constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, based on electricity consumption in 2022 and is only indicative, used to compare contractors' offers. The Ordering Party reserves that it does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase energy in the given quantity. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim against the Ordering Party for not consuming the expected amount of energy. The ordering party made a payment for the actual amount of energy consumed.
3. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of changing the number of energy consumption points indicated in Annex 2 to the SWZ, whereby the unit flat-rate prices given in the Price Form – Appendix No. 2a will also constitute prices for new energy consumption points. A change in the number of electricity consumption points may result from the liquidation or transfer of the point of consumption to another owner. The change may also result from an increase in the number of energy consumption points. Changing the number of electricity consumption points requires an annex to the contract.
