The municipalities of Fredrikstad, Hvaler, Moss, Rygge, Råder and Våler want a framework agreement regarding the purchase of medical consumables.

Medical consumables includes products for wound treatment, nutrition, gloves and clothing, incontinence products, laboratory products, hygiene products and other medical consumables.

The procurement shall cover the Contracting Authority's need for such products.
