Equipment of the municipal building of the public kindergarten in Mosty, Kosakowo commune – Furniture and teaching aids

The subject of the contract is the supply and assembly of equipment for the new building of the municipal public kindergarten in Mosty – furniture and teaching aids (e.g. desks, office chairs, children's chairs, children's tables, shelves, wardrobes, cloakroom cabinets, furniture sets of kindergarten rooms, teaching aids, carpets, etc.). A detailed description of the subject of the Contract containing a list of furniture and teaching aids constitutes Annex 7 to the SWZ

1) The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of equipment for the new building of the municipal public kindergarten in Mosty – furniture and teaching aids (e.g. desks, office chairs, children's chairs, children's tables, shelves, wardrobes, cloakroom cabinets, furniture sets of kindergarten rooms, teaching aids, carpets, etc.). A detailed description of the subject of the Order, including a list of furniture and teaching aids, constitutes Annex 7 to the SWZ.

Remark. Table summary in point 'VI. To the offer form:" is a simplified material and quantitative statement prepared on the basis of Annex 7 to the SWZ - for the purpose of calculating the price.

2) The Contracting Authority ANCILLARILY publishes Appendix No. 2.1 to the SWZ constituting an extract from the Detailed Design – Interior Design made by Studio Projektowe "Sim" s.c. All provisions included in the SWZ apply to the execution of this order (in the event of discrepancies between the provisions of this SWZ and the interior design – the guidelines of the SWZ and OPZ should be taken into account for the valuation).

3) Quality requirements for the entire range of equipment must meet the standards of compliance PN-EN 1729-1: 2007. The European standard PN-EN 1729-1,2:2007 has the status of a Polish Standard.

This standard gives the functional dimensions and marking of chairs and tables for general purposes in educational institutions:

- applies to fixed-height furniture and adjustable furniture, as well as to high tables where work is carried out in a standing position without the use of a chair

- applicable to furniture on which portable computers or other portable devices are used

- NOT applicable to special purpose workplaces, e.g. laboratories, serial seats, workshops

- NOT applicable to furniture used by teaching staff

Certification of kindergarten furniture includes certificates of compliance with the requirements set out in Polish standards in the wording in force on the day of submitting offers.

4) Pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister of National Education and Sport on safety and hygiene in public and non-public schools and institutions of 31 December 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 6 of 22 January 2003), furniture and equipment used in educational institutions must have a product certificate (certificate of compliance with the standard allowing for use in educational institutions).

5) Description of the terms of delivery of the equipment:

a) the entire range of equipment should be delivered within the time specified in this SWZ to the municipal kindergarten in Mosty, 32 Gdyńska Street.

(b) deliveries require protocol acceptance. Delivery not confirmed by the acceptance protocol will be treated as not performed.

c) the bringing, placement and installation of equipment is covered by the contract and is the responsibility of the Contractor

d) It is recommended that the Contractor makes a site visit to obtain information that may be necessary for the preparation of the offer and for the conclusion of the contract and performance of the contract. It is also recommended that the Contractor obtains, on its own responsibility and risk, any additional information that may be necessary for the preparation of the offer and the conclusion of the contract and the performance of the contract. The costs of making a site inspection of the construction site shall be borne by the Contractor

e) The Contractor shall provide a quality guarantee for the executed subject of the contract for a minimum period of 36 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol of the subject of the contract. The length of the guarantee is one of the criteria for evaluating offers.

6) Plywood can be used as materials listed in Appendix 2 instead of boards. The condition is the use of laminates as given in the list and finished with strips all edges.
