School catering service and complementary services with reduced environmental impact for Nursery, Kindergarten, Primary School, elderly assisted at home, Summer Day Recreation Center, Supplementary extracurricular services

The contract shall cover the following services:

(i) detection of the daily number of users, organization, packaging and preparation of hot bound meals and special diets, packaged in multi-portions and / or single portions at the premises specially used and equipped by the Municipality as cooking centers;

(ii) organization of the distribution service with bowls of meals to users at the consumption terminals (refectories) and filling of water jugs and arrangement on the tables;

(iii) preparation and equipment of the tables in the refectories and / or rooms where the meal is consumed;

(iv) washing of the dishes of the equipment used, as well as sanitation and reorganization of the premises of the cooking center;

(v) cleaning and rearrangement of distribution refectories located in school complexes and collection of containers and their transport to the cooking centre;

(vi) supply of utensils, pots, dishware, jugs, gastronorm containers, food trolleys, and anything else necessary for the performance and operation of the service as a whole, as well as all disposable material such as soup plates and flat plates, glasses, bowls, napkins, placemats, cutlery sets, complementary to the number of users and the specific needs of the service itself.
