The aim of the procurement is to ensure quick and qualitative good access to all the legal services that Statped requires. This will mainly be within contract law, labour law, personal protection, but it can also include other legal areas. We would like to enter into a framework agreement with a provider of legal services within the mentioned fields for 2 years, with an option for the right to an extension on the same terms for a further 1+1 year. Sub-tenders or sub-suppliers will not be accepted. Tenderers/law firms must document competence and experience within the above-mentioned fields, and otherwise describe other competence areas that can be offered.
