Framework agreement for the leasing of hybrid passenger cars (petrol-electric motor) and passenger cars on CNG and flexible mobility

The Contracting Authority wishes to select Lot 1 1 supplier (leasing company) for concluding a framework agreement for the operational leasing of passenger cars which, in addition to its delivery, also includes maintenance and repairs, tires, insurance, replacement car, breakdown assistance, etc. as fleet management with support for invoicing, reporting and services to both the Contracting Authority and the ultimate user of the passenger cars. A number of passenger cars will be used as pool cars, while others will be company cars.

Note that the fuel card aspect is not part of this assignment.

The framework agreement has a duration of 4 years within which orders for passenger cars can be placed. The duration of the individual contracts for the passenger cars depends on the destination of the passenger car and is stated when ordering under the framework agreement. As a result, the services provided by the leasing company will only expire at a time determined by the individual lease contracts of the passenger cars after the final term of the framework agreement.

The Contracting Authority wishes to select supplier 2 for supplier for Lot 2 1 for concluding a framework agreement for offering a flexible mobility solution for staff members. The solution should be that a staff member can flexibly choose his means of transport when he / she needs it. Depending on the needs, the staff member must be able to choose between public transport, bicycle (whether or not electric), car .... The starting point must be that a staff member can move as ecologically and as efficiently as possible.

The framework agreement has a duration of 4 years within which orders for the "flexible mobility" formula can be placed. The duration of the individual contracts for flexible mobility is one year. As a result, the services provided by the supplier will only expire at a time determined by the individual contracts after the final term of the framework agreement.
