1. The object of the order is the supply of electricity for the Police Training Center in Legionowo.

3. The Contracting Authority declares that the forecast electricity consumption represents only an approximate value, which during the implementation of the contract may change from forecasts and will be subject only to actual needs.
4. The Contracting Authority informs that the procedure for changing the electricity seller is carried out once again.
5. The current seller of electricity to the Contracting Authority's facilities is PGE Obrót S.A. under a fixed-term contract from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2023.

6. Electricity should meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) and its implementing regulations and Polish Standards.
7. The Contracting Authority obliges the Contractor to perform the activities resulting from the Power of Attorney constituting Appendix No. 4 to the Essential Provisions of the Agreement, and in particular to notify the indicated Distribution System Operator for the performance of the electricity sale agreement concluded with the Contractor, to submit declarations of intent and to determine on behalf of the Contracting Authority all necessary information.
8. With reference to Article 455(1)(1) of the Act, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to amend the provisions of the concluded contract in relation to the content of the offer on the basis of which the Contractor was selected in the cases specified in § 5 and 6 of the Material Provisions of the Agreement (Appendix No. 9 to the Terms of Reference).
9. The Contracting Authority shall not permit the submission of variant tenders.
