The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. The holder of the contract is informed that the Centre Hospitalier Annecy Genevois (Change), support establishment, of the Ght Haute-Savoie, Pays de Gex awards the contract within the framework of its legal competence (art L 6132-2-5°a) of the Public Health Code for the benefit of all members of the Ght i.e. the Change, the Centre Hospitalier de Gex and the Centre Hospitalier de Rumilly. As such, the support institution conducts the award procedure and signs the contract on its behalf and that of the participating institutions. The establishments, for their part, are responsible for the execution of the contract with the exception of the award of any amendments
