Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate located in the Municipality of Żegocina in the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023 The estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected, transported and managed is 1010 Mg/12 months (including 455 Mg of non-segregated (mixed) waste and 555 Mg of segregated waste). A detailed description of the subject is the SWZ and its annexes.

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the Municipality of Żegocina

2. Characteristics of the municipality of Żegocina:

1) the area of the Żegocina Commune is 35 km2

2) The number of registered residents of the Żegocina Commune according to the population register as at 17.08.2022. is 5570 people, the approximate number of households is about 1500.

3. The estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected, transported and managed shall be 1010 Mg/12 months (including 455 Mg of non-segregated (mixed) waste and 555 Mg of segregated waste).

4. The description of the subject of the contract is contained in Chapter III of the Specification of the Terms of the Contract.

5. The Contracting Authority pursuant to Article 95 of the pzp Act requires employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the contract of employment of persons performing the activities included in the subject of the contract, if the performance of such activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner laid down in Article 22 (1) of the Act 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (text: Journal of Laws of 2019 item 1040 as amended).

6. The Contracting Authority requires employment on the basis of an employment contract by the Contractor or subcontractor of the persons performing the following activities during the execution of the contract: performing the work of drivers of vehicles used to collect municipal waste from the owners of the property, carrying out work receipt of waste from the property.

7. In the course of the execution of the contract, the Contracting Authority shall be entitled to carry out checks against the Contractor regarding the fulfilment by the Contractor or Subcontractor of the employment requirement under the employment contract of persons performing the activities indicated above. One of the requested documents will be a statement made by the contractor or subcontractor during the implementation of the contract
