The Customer wishes to appoint 1 or more Contractors to supply vehicle spare parts for use in the repair and maintenance of the Customers vehicle fleets. The objective is to maintain safe, effective and efficient vehicle fleets.

Securing value for money for the Customer (and therefore the general public) is a key principle and the Customer sees that such principles encompass, primarily, the cost of items, but also the timeliness and flexibility of its Contractor (s).

All vehicle spare parts supplied must be equal to or exceed the original vehicle manufacturers specification and the quality must also be equal to or exceed the original vehicle manufacturers standard.
