The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, seed and selection, nursery production, tourist development, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and mechanical harvesting of wood with multi-operational machines, to be carried out in the Woziwoda Forest District in 2023.
The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ. The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates. The subject of the contract has been divided into 13 parts ("Packages").
Package No. 1 – Forestry Dąbka and KomorzaThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, seed and selection, nursery production, tourist development, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and mechanical harvesting of wood with multi-operational machines, to be carried out in the Woziwoda Forest District in 2023.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of the services covered by the contracts referred to in point 3.7 shall not exceed 100 % of the value of this contract.
Package No. 10 – Legbąd and Komorza forestryThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, seed and selection, nursery production, tourist development, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and mechanical harvesting of wood with multi-operational machines, to be carried out in the Woziwoda Forest District in 2023.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract.
