The Studentenwerk Potsdam plans to build a new student residence in 14473 Potsdam. The planned student residence includes 423 dormitory places with 314 residential units, which were developed according to the requirements of the Studentenwerk.

203 single apartments, 107 2-person apartments, 1 3-person apartment and 3 family apartments will be built.
