Brief information about the object & project

The object Kv. Dalbon 1, was built as 130 small retirement apartments by Stockholmshem in 1959. The original part of the property, house A consists of an architectural austere eleven-storey building.

The property Dalbon 1 is today built with several contiguous buildings with different heights on the floors, houses A-D.

Building A and Building B are now up for a total construction-technical renovation with the goal of developing about 70 new available senior housing with the client's increased requirements regarding design, security and accessibility.

The redevelopment covers approximately 7100 m².
