Control measures against the oak processional spinner on
Federal motorways in the area of the West branch, Wiesbaden branch office for the years 2022-2025 The present design description covers the fight against the oak processional spinner in the area of motorway maintenance offices in the business area of the West branch, Wiesbaden branch office in the years 2022 to 2025.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 528/2012 (Biocidal Regulation), oak trees of different tree heights must be sprayed with the biocidal product Dipel ES (Bacillus Thuringiensis) in the areas listed below in order to combat the oak processional spinner (EPS). The proportion of the active ingredient was at least 6 per thousand in the injection mixture. The oak processional spinners and nests of infested trees must also be vacuumed.
Work in the individual lot areas must be carried out in parallel. If the contract amount is reached earlier, the term of the contract is terminated at this point in time.
incineration in a waste incineration plant. Waste code 160305*
(organic waste containing dangerous substances)
Access to the individual deployment sites is via public transport routes,
Motorways, federal, state and county roads. In individual cases, accompanied by bicycle and field paths, sidewalks.
In exceptional cases, it may happen that the place of service provision cannot be reached by motor vehicles.
After consultation with the respective master's workshop, the performance must usually take place from Monday to Friday between 7.00 am and 2.30 pm.
There are no connection options to supply and disposal lines.
The AG does not have any space available for this purpose.
Any space required must be rented at the contractor's expense for the duration of the construction period. All storage areas used by the AN must be returned to their original or planned condition after the work has been completed.
Water is provided at the Masters' Homestead.
Water bodies are available in individual cases. The AN must ensure that no environmentally hazardous substances are released into water bodies.
The work is carried out in principle while maintaining the
traffic. Unavoidable traffic obstructions must be kept to a minimum
restrict. Traffic safety is provided as specified in Appendix 1 (track areas of the master shops), with the work areas, by the contractor or by the respective motorway maintenance department. Any protection after spraying must also be taken into account.
In principle, the AN has all the necessary for the safety of the work and the fluent
to take necessary safety measures for traffic.
Before starting work, the corresponding traffic authority order must be obtained from the respective master's shop (see Appendix 3).
The shut-off devices, traffic signs and
Traffic cones must be maintained by the contractor, set up with the
work progress can be implemented and dismantled again. This service is not remunerated separately and must be included in the unit prices.
Lot 1The measure is awarded as a framework contract and includes
established measures at different sections of the route in accordance with Appendix 1 also include unforeseeable control measures.
The distance between the individual application sites can vary greatly. Work in the individual lot areas must be carried out in parallel. If the contract amount is reached earlier, the term of the contract is terminated at this point in time.
The contractor (AN) is liable for all damage to the facilities of the road that he himself has caused. All damage caused is to be caused by the AN
fix it. The ConT is responsible for carrying out the work with regard to the right time.for the execution of the measures. In individual cases, a request may also be made by the responsible road master or his representative, in which case the work must be carried out professionally and quickly within 10 calendar days, while maintaining traffic. The Contractor undertakes to start and finish the work after placing the order. The contractor shall carry out the work in such a way that the leaves (top and bottom) are wetted and the control is complete by the end of the 2nd larval stage. The entire tree crown must be completely wetted. The time for optimal application is:
- no rain 12 hours before and after application
- temperatures > 20°, at least 15° are optimal
- As low UV radiation as possible
- no wind or low wind below 3 m/s
The implementation has to be carried out by appointment (usually 14 calendar days) on the
competent master's shop. The scope of work (track areas, implements, traffic safety) can be found in the attached Appendix 1. The masteries carry out the local briefing. The locations are perpetrated here. All services provided by the contracting company must be coordinated with the client on a working day during regular working hours Monday to Friday between 7.30 am and 3.15 pm and measured jointly.
The individual lot ranges (partial orders) are possible without interruption
to carry out. In the case of suddenly occurring nest findings that come from
road safety reasons require a short distance, the AN
obliges the work no later than 24 hours after placing the order
to execute. The nests collected are organic hazardous waste and hazardous waste. Proof of proper disposal must be provided, i.e. incineration in a waste incineration plant. Waste code 160305*
