- Construction planning of transport facilities, work phases 8 (BOL)

and 9 (property management) according to §§ 45 ff. HOAI

- Local construction supervision (BÜ) - according to §§ 45 ff. HOAI for

the following measure:

The present construction project is the renovation measure in the area of the motorway A14 Magdeburg-Dresden, section AS Leisnig - AS Döbeln-Nord, directional roadway (RF) Dresden in the area of the Döbeln motorway maintenance department. The length of the section is approximately 7.995 kilometers.

It is planned to renew the existing concrete pavement (26 cm concrete surface layer and 10 cm asphalt base layer) using asphalt construction. The existing drainage systems (bays and gutters) including on-board enclosures must be replaced. In addition, the vehicle restraint systems on the right side of the road and the median strip are renewed in certain sections. The banquets are to be restored on both sides due to the interventions. The roadway is given a foil marking. As part of the construction project, the asphalt surface layer of structures A-BW 17 and A-BW 18 must be renewed.

The bound superstructure is dimensioned based on the guidelines for the standardization of the superstructure (RStO). Substance tests were carried out for the road renewal.

The measure will be carried out with RF Dresden closed completely, with traffic routing being carried out in accordance with standard plan D II/4 according to the 3n+0 principle.

The following individual measures are part of the planning:

(conservation draft, call for tenders)

- Setting up, maintaining and dismantling traffic management taking into account ASR 5.2

- dismantling of passive protective devices

- dismantling drainage systems

- Dismantling concrete roadway including banquets

- Profiling base layer without binders

- Installation of new asphalt construction superstructure

- Production of the top layer including profile adjustment on the two structures

- Making joints, banquets, completing

- Renew shelves, drainage channels, drainage bays

- manufacture of vehicle restraint systems

- Make a permanent marking out of foil

- Dismantling traffic routing

Lot division of construction services:

Construction services are awarded separately in the following building lots:

- Earthwork and superstructure (lot 1)

- Traffic safety (building lot 2)

- marking (lot 3)

- Vehicle restraint systems (lot 4)

and an additional lot for control checks.

It is therefore likely to be necessary to coordinate and monitor a total of four different contractors plus control audits.

Control checks:

The control tests to be carried out by the separately commissioned laboratory must be coordinated, monitored and the invoices checked.

Operating mode:

The construction lots will be implemented in operating form 2 (work on all working days with full use of daylight).

Construction time:

19.04.2021 - 18.11.2021

During the period during which the contractor operates traffic safety on the construction site, night operations are also to be expected.
