The subject of the contract is to prepare project documentation along with obtaining all necessary final administrative decisions, carrying out author's supervision and carrying out construction works as well as obtaining a valid building permit for the task: "Reconstruction of reservoirs and construction of new water facilities in the Kolumna Forest District".
1) The subject of the contract will be implemented in the 'design and build' formula.
2) The task is implemented under the project entitled "A comprehensive project for the adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change - low retention and prevention of water erosion in lowlands."
3) The subject of the contract was divided into parts:
Part I - Reconstruction of reservoirs and construction of new water facilities in the Rydzyna forestry
Part II - Reconstruction of reservoirs and construction of new water facilities in the Szczukwin forestry.
The subject of the order has been described in detail in the functional and utility program constituting Annex 4A and 4B to the ToR.

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works and preparation of the following documentation:
- water legal survey,
- a document confirming compliance with the environmental objectives set for water bodies,
- construction project - including a map for design purposes,
- executive project,
- technical specification of the execution and acceptance of the works,
- investment estimate,
- water law permit
- building permit
The object of the contract has been described in detail in the functional and utility program constituting Annex 4A to the ToR. Conditions for implementation are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex 9 to the ToR
Part 2 - forestry Szczukwin Branch 146, 149, 162, 164, 174
