The subject of the contract is the service of organizing and administering the paid parking zone on public roads in Augustów during:
- from the day of signing the contract to 30/06/2020 - organizing a paid parking zone,
- from 1.7.2020 to 30.6.2028 - administration of the paid parking zone in the city of Augustów on public roads a paid parking zone was created - Resolution No. XI / 120/19 of the City Council in Augustów of 27.6.2019 in on determining the paid parking zone in Augustów and the amount of fees for parking motor vehicles on public roads in the paid parking zone and the method of their collection (Journal of Laws of the Podlasie Voivodship of 1.7.2019 item 3514) and amending resolution No. XIX / 227/2020 City Council in Augustów of 11.2.2020.
The paid parking zone covers the following public roads:

The rules governing the operation of the paid parking zone are as follows:
1 / In the paid parking zone, the Contractor will charge parking fees on business days from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00.
2 / In the paid parking zone, the Contractor shall collect parking fees divided into the following periods and forms:
1) one-time fee:
A / the holiday period from 1.6. until 30.9. given year:
a) for 1/2 hour of parking - PLN 1.00;
b) for the first hour of parking - PLN 2.00;
c) for the second hour of parking - PLN 2.40;
d) for the third hour of parking - PLN 2.80;
e) for the fourth and each subsequent hour of parking - PLN 2.00;
B / pre-holiday period from day 1.1. until 31.5. and vacation after day 1.10. until December 31. given year:
a) for 1/2 hour of parking - PLN 0.50;
b) for the first hour of parking - PLN 1.00;
c) for the second hour of parking - PLN 1.20;
d) for the third hour of parking - PLN 1.40;
e) for the fourth and each subsequent hour of parking - PLN 1.00;
2) flat fee for a reserved parking space in "SPP" - envelope based on the identifier:
a) a period of 1 month - PLN 350.00;
b) six-month period - PLN 2,100.00;
c) period of 12 months - PLN 3,600.00;
3) flat fee for residents of "SPP" based on an identifier (parking without providing a parking space in "SPP"):
a) a period of 1 month - PLN 20.00;
b) period of three months - PLN 60.00;
c) period of 12 months - PLN 200.00;
4) flat fee for economic entities holding a legal title to the premises in the area ...
