1.The subject of the contract is the acceptance and management (recovery and disposal) of municipal waste generated on real estate located in the Municipality of Radków, delivered by the entity / s indicated by the Contracting Entity.

1.The subject of the contract is the acceptance and management (recovery and disposal) of municipal waste generated on real estate located in the Municipality of Radków, delivered by the entity / s indicated by the Contracting Entity.

1) The Contracting Authority provides that during the term of the contract no more than 3170 Mg of municipal waste will be collected from the area of the Radków Commune.

2. A detailed description and method of execution of the order shall include a description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex No 1 to the SWZ.
