The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service of electricity supply and distribution services to the KWP facilities in Łódź and its subordinate organizational units of the Łódź Voivodeship.
Pursuant to Article 257(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it.
