The object of the contract will be the operation, maintenance and conservation of the facilities that make up the Western Regional Seawater Desalination System. The purpose of the contract is to carry out all the tasks necessary to keep the facilities included in it in proper operation, carrying out maintenance, conservation, waste removal, cleaning, replacement of consumables, repair of any element, as well as the provision of consumable material, spare parts and reagents, conducive to capturing, treating and transporting water under the conditions specified in the Technical Specifications Particular. To do this, you must have staff with adequate experience for each of the tasks envisaged. It also includes, specifically, the assembly, dismantling and removal of any kind of installations; protection and security, both of the people linked to the service, and of visitors; maintenance and repair of roads, gardens, walkways, drains, etc., attached to the facilities covered by the service; general cleanliness of the installations, and correction of deficiencies that become apparent in the inspections, tests and tests on the progress of the installations and the condition of their elements. All the activities are described, detailed and budgeted in detail in the Specific Technical Specifications (PCTP) drafted by the Technical Services of the Hydraulic Infrastructure Area of the CIATF.
