The purpose of this contract is to provide maintenance services to TELT's sites in Italy.

This public contract is a single-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum and with a maximum amount of € 430,000.00 HT over the total duration of the contract (including renewal), pursuant to Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code.

This public contract is awarded according to an adapted open procedure, pursuant to Articles L.2123-1 and Articles R.2123-1, R.2123-4 to R.2123-6 of the Public Order Code.

This framework agreement is the subject of a single lot.

The purpose of this public contract is to provide ordinary planned maintenance (MOP) and maintenance services on request (in the event of breakdown/damage and with possible supply of equipment), for TELT's buildings and adjoining sites in Italy.

The services provided for in this public contract are intended to maintain TELT's buildings and adjoining sites in Italy with their structures and equipment in good working order, in order to ensure in the working environment:

• Compliance with current safety and environmental regulations;

• The durability of the facilities;

• The safety of buildings;

• Functionality;

• Sustainability.
