The local authority wishes to renew its service offer and in particular by offering the inhabitants of the territory a long-term or medium-term rental service for electrically assisted bicycles and cargo bikes, called "Vélila".

In this context, the Cté de Communes Estuaire et Sillon wishes to entrust a service provider with the administrative management and technical maintenance of this fleet of bicycles. To date, it includes 70 electrically assisted bicycles (e-bikes) + 3 cargo bikes

The service is provided for the rental of a fleet of bicycles and the maintenance of the fleet
