The subject of the contract is the selection of a private partner for the Project, which has been given the name: "New Emilia. Exhibition space and urban conservatory. " The intention of the undertaking is to implement the public purpose, including in particular the construction and management of the public purpose facility (it should be understood as the building of the Emilia pavilion along with the immediate environment implemented in the investment area, which will be the subject of negotiations and which will be finally specified in the Description of the conditions of partnership and contract. The undertaking will be implemented on the basis of a public-private partnership agreement within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 19 December 2008 on public-private partnership (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1445, as amended).

The final material scope of the contract will be clarified during the competitive dialogue.
