Description:
Successive supply of specialist chemical reagents for scientific research and didactic classes for the needs of the units of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn.

1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of specialized chemical reagents for scientific research and didactic classes for the needs of units of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ — description of the subject matter of the order.

3. The Contracting Authority allows for the submission of equivalent offers in accordance with Article 99(5) of the Public Procurement Law and Article 101(4) of the Public Procurement Law, however, the requirements and technical parameters and standards specifying the subject matter of the contract specified by the Contracting Authority are the minimum conditions that the Contracting Authority will expect. A contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the product offered by him meets the requirements specified by the contracting authority.

1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of specialized chemical reagents for scientific research and didactic classes for the needs of units of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ — description of the subject matter of the order.

3. The Contracting Authority shall allow the submission of equivalent bids in accordance with Article 99(5) of the Public Procurement Law and Article 101

Section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, however, the requirements and technical parameters specified by the Contracting Authority, as well as the standards defining the subject matter of the contract, are the minimum conditions that the Contracting Authority will expect to be met. A contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the product offered by him meets the requirements specified by the contracting authority. If the contractor offers a product with equivalent parameters and properties, the contractor is obliged to demonstrate by providing samples by the deadline for submission of tenders in order to carry out tests confirming that:

a) The product offered by him meets the requirements specified by the ordering party,

in particular, that they are identical in terms of analytical characteristics;

(b) The product offered by him complies with the requirements to allow the continuation of scientific research carried out by the contracting party without the need for additional activities (procedures), including e.g. calibration of equipment;

c) The use of the offered product with equivalent parameters, does not involve the need to acquire additional products and other consumable materials.

4. The assessment of the fulfilment of equivalence between the product specified by the contracting authority and offered by the contractor shall be based on the documents supplied and samples indicated in Chapter VII of the SWZ.

5. The Contracting Authority informs that the purchase of reagents covered by the said procedure under the public procurement may be financed from grants and from foreign sources, the beneficiary of which is or will be the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. A list of ongoing research projects can be found on the website of http://www.uwm.edu.pl/badania/projekty-badawcze
