The large district town of Döbeln wants to preserve and develop the urban green area “Bürgergarten” as a recreation and meeting place for all generations. The aim of the refurbishment of the park is to create a natural, biodiverse and multifunctional design and to contribute to CO2 reduction and to the improvement of the climate in the urban area. In addition, the structural facilities are to be refurbished and expanded with modern use as a centre of attraction. The park is to be modernized as a recreational area for the population and guests of the city of Döbeln.

— total budget: currently approximately EUR 2.62 million gross,

— Building costs: currently approximately EUR 400 000 gross.

The client intends to commission the service phases (LPH) 1 to 8 of the property planning services for buildings and interiors in accordance with § 33 et seq. in conjunction with Appendix 10 HOAI 2021.

The project is divided into the following sub-objects (TO):

— TO 1 — Monument protected pavilion,

— TO 2 — Orangerie /workshop building.

The order is carried out in stages in accordance with the terms of the contract. Initially, only the LPH 1-3 will be commissioned for the TO 1 and 2.

When the tendered service phases 1-8 are commissioned, the order is expected to end in the middle of 2024 (conclusion of LPH 8).
