Firm services: supply of two LR 135 X packages and their ancillary supplies

o Manufacturing

• studies related to the manufacture of packaging,

• overall and detailed manufacturing plans, as well as bills of materials,

• Supplies of all components, including spare parts

• the collection and storage under suitable conditions of samples of the various materials for possible counter-tests;

• Manufacturing,

• controls (materials, dimensions, non-destructive testing, etc.),

• cleanliness, stripping and passivation,

• tests and trials,

• the recipe,

• packaging,

• delivery to the CEA Cadarache site after the recipe in the workshop,

• the drafting of the LR135 manufacturer file in 2 copies (in paper and digital version) according to the CDC PJ1 entitled management specification for Holders of manufacturing contracts,

o Accreditation

• the provision of a prototype approval certificate issued by a body approved by the competent authority,

• for each specimen manufactured, the provision of an examination report on conformity to the design of an approved type,

• for each copy manufactured, the provision of an initial certificate of inspection.

Supplies of two additional packages including the services listed above, with the exception of studies related to manufacturing which are the same for each package.
