The contractor must take care of provisional rerouting of sewage and traffic for all sub-projects.
Users of this framework agreement will be: Ålesund municipality, Giske municipality, Sula municipality, Ørsta municipality, Volda municipality, Stranda municipality.

The Builder on the contract is Ålesund municipality.
Ålesund municipality now consists of the former municipalities of Ålesund, Skodje, Ørskog, Haram and Sandøy. They were merged on 01.01.20. Ålesund municipality is the largest municipality in Møre og Romsdal.
In June 2022, the Norwegian Parliament decided that the former Haram municipality would go back to being a separate municipality. This means that Haram and Ålesund will be established as two new municipalities from 01.01.2024.
The contract will be signed with the chosen tenderer must take into account that such a division will take place.
New Haram will be free to withdraw from this contract and will not be bound by its terms from 01.01.2024. If new Haram chooses to continue the contractual relationship, this will take place under the same terms and conditions as before the municipality was divided for all contract parties. If new Haram chooses to withdraw from the contract, this will be of no consequence for the terms and conditions of other contract parties, unless there is a reduction in the volume of the contract.
