Chemical toilets. Bathrooms construction work. Provide on rental basis and maintain toilet/showers cabins and theirs accessories on commonwealth games venues.

— Toilet / showers cabins shall be available in sizes from 3m wide and from 6m – 12m long,

— Toilet / showers cabins shall be wheelchair accessible,

— Toilet / showers cabins can be supplied on wheels (driven into place) or on skid (craned or flown in to position). Toilet / showers cabins are to be supplied with appropriate understructure/scaffold and shall be levelled on installation by the supplier,

— Due to spatial restraints toilet / showers cabins may have to be stackable or elevated on a scaffold support,

— Toilet / showers cabins shall be provided with stairs and ramps (including when elevated above ground with understructure/scaffold),

— Toilet / showers cabins must have interior and exterior locking door,

— Toilet / showers cabins shall be plumbed into the water and sewer systems, connected to temporary holding tanks or self-contained,

— Toilet / showers cabins shall be delivered with internal electrical and HVAC systems,

— Toilet / showers cabins may have to be skirted, depending on their location and use,

— All toilet / showers cabins must have a like-new finish and in any case be less than 5 years old.

All commodities must comply with the Scottish Building Regulations together with any Local Authority By Laws Requirements (Glasgow City Council / North Lanarkshire Council / Edinburgh city Council / Dundee City Council / Angus Council).

The complete Work Package supplied must include:

— Project management and scheduling services,

— Condition survey and engineering before any installation on site (ground and structural stability),

— Provision of all product specifications and certificates prior to construction/installation,

— Labour and material handlings (trucks, crane, or any other delivery system) required to install, commission, maintain and remove the product,

— Maintenance of commodities during games time.
