The subject of the call for tenders is the production of daily business mail E+1 (insofar as central production seems useful for organizational reasons). The daily mail includes both individual letters and batch letters. The print data stream for daily mail is bundled in cases via a central output management system and transmitted via a secure connection to the future print service provider.

The annual expected production volume in central printing letter communication is expected with approximately 1,200,000 pages A4 and approximately 630,000 letters.

Carriage services, in particular letter mail services, are not part of this procurement procedure.
