The contract concerns the performance of various services relating to security, guarding and the opening and closing of facilities open to the public in the town of Oullins.

This service contract is awarded according to an open call for tenders procedure in application of article R. 2124-1 of the public procurement code.

This framework agreement is allotted and includes two separate lots:

- lot 1: surveillance services for public spaces and municipal equipment;

- lot 2: services for opening and closing facilities open to the public.

The prize includes the following minimum and maximum amounts:

- minimum annual amount: 5,000 EUR excluding tax;

- maximum annual amount: 40,000 EUR excl.

Lot 2 includes the following minimum and maximum amounts:

- minimum annual amount: EUR 20,000 excluding tax;

- maximum annual amount: EUR 80,000 excluding tax.
