The delivery under the framework agreement shall include the implementation of all activities and the use of all resources necessary to fulfil the requirements of the Contract. These activities include (non-exhaustive):
- Management and administration of the Tenderer's obligations under the Contract.
- Purchasing, order handling, storage and other associated activities.
- Transport, delivery and distribution activities, including handling returns.
- Interface management
- Quality assurance and inspections
- Training, information and guidance regarding the Products.
