The subject of the proceedings is: provision of repair, periodic tire replacement and post-warranty inspections of official vehicles of the Tax Administration Chamber in Gdańsk in the years 2023 - 2025. The subject of the contract consists of three parts. The scope of services and repairs of the Ordering Party's vehicles covered by the subject of the contract concerns: 1) activities related to post-warranty inspections of the Ordering Party's company cars (including computer diagnostics if necessary); 2) repairs resulting from post-warranty inspections (including computer diagnostics if necessary); 3) repairs resulting from technical failures (including computer diagnostics if necessary); 4) service of installations, electrical and electronic devices of vehicles along with the replacement of used batteries (including computer diagnostics if necessary); 5) tire service; 6) towing vehicles; 7) other services necessary to ensure the proper technical condition of the Ordering Party's cars.

The order includes the services described in the SWZ for the Ordering Party's units having their registered office in the following cities, i.e.: Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot, Kartuzy, Kościerzyna, Pruszcz Gdański, Puck and Wejherowo.

The order includes the services described in the SWZ for the units of the Contracting Authority having their registered office in the following towns, i.e.: Kwidzyn, Malbork, Starogard Gdański and Tczew.

The order includes services described in the SWZ for the Contracting entity's units having their registered office in the following towns, i.e.: Bytów, Chojnice, Człuchów, Lębork and Słupsk.
