The contract involves cleaning common areas of apartment buildings, pre-collection and sorting of household garbage, managing bulky items, replacing temporarily unavailable HMM personnel, and replacement of fluorescent light bulbs and tubes. The contract will be concluded for an initial period of one year: from 1.11.2021 to 31.10.2022, with a possibility of tacit renewal of three times a year. Each of the six lots will be the subject of a separate contract. The specific lots Nº 3-4 and 5 governed by Articles L. 2113-13 and R. 2113-7 of the current public order code are reserved for adapted companies (staff who cannot exercise a professional activity under normal conditions). Mixed market dominated flat rate for regular market and unit services for one-off services (BPU and replacement of MMH field personnel, without minimum or maximum). Pack #6 does not contain BPU.

Lot 1 — part of the heritage of the Central Territory and Southern Territory of MMH, except the perimeters defined in Lots 3, 4 and 5.
