Partial task No. 1: Comprehensive supply of electricity for buildings owned by PWSTE outside its own Transformer Station Partial Task No. 2: Comprehensive supply of electricity and energy collection from the Microinstallation for its own Transformer Station for the needs of powering buildings and outdoor lighting at 16 Czarnieckiego Street

1) The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity from the power grid to its own Transformer Station "ST Jarosław PWSTE STLmb-4,3 15/04 kV of the State Higher School of Technology and Economics in Jarosław located at 16 Czarnieckiego Street in Jarosław for the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023 in accordance with the attached list containing a detailed list of the energy consumption point with a tariff group, contractual power, and planned consumption for 2023, on the basis of a comprehensive Sales Agreement No. 8897 of 27.12.2021 amended by the list of changes and the number of the Agreement to OZW/275045/2022/RES.

1) The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity from the power grid to the facilities of the State Higher School of Technology and Economics in Jarosław for the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023 in accordance with the attached list containing a detailed list of energy consumption points with tariff groups, contractual power, and consumption for 2021, on the basis of the Sales Agreement referred to in Article 5(2) of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 220) and the provision of electricity distribution services.
