The contract is a service contract concluded under an open tender procedure in accordance with Articles 25, 66 and 67 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public contracts. It is a mixed market comprising a flat-rate portion and a part with purchase orders pursuant to Article 80 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public contracts.

The fixed-price part includes the services that are indicated in Article 5.2.1 of the CCP;

The part with the purchase order includes the services indicated in article 5.2.2 of the CCP. The contract is concluded for a total duration of 18 months and a period of execution of 16 months from the date of notification to the holder.

The purpose of the contract is, besides coordinating the overall approach, the support of the CGET and the animation of the approach in support of the CGET. It guarantees the transversality of the work carried out as part of this process. He manages the calendar of the process and he prepares summary documents. the overall approach covers the ERDF in metropolitan France for the current programming period 2014-2020 and the forthcoming programming period 2021-2027.
