Post Office Limited has circa 11, 500 branches located in UK, Scottish Isles & Northern Ireland.

A variety of Date stamps are used to validate several documents and partner banking products including:

? Manual cash deposits received - date stamping the counterfoil and deposit slip.

? Cheque envelopes received - date stamping the envelope received to confirm the day of receipt

? Manual withdrawals - date stamping the cheque

Post Office Limited has a requirement for a supplier of new date stamps and consumables; the maintenance of existing

date stamps in the network; the provision of consumables of existing date stamps in the network; the secure disposal of

end of life date stamps both existing and newly purchased (once end of life)

The procurement process is being run following the restricted procedure in accordance with the Regulations. As set out in the OJEU Notice, Post Office is running this procurement process for a supplier of new date stamps and consumables; maintenance and consumables of existing date stamps in the network; secure disposal of end of life date stamps both existing and newly purchased (once end of life).
