The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of a photovoltaic installation in the Janowice Wielkie Municipality.

The subject of the contract is divided into 5 (five) lots:

Part 1 Construction on the basis of a photovoltaic installation for own needs of the building of the Commune Office in Janowice Wielkie.

Part 2 Construction on the basis of a photovoltaic installation for own needs of the building of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Janowice Wielkie.

Part 3 Construction on the basis of a photovoltaic installation for own needs of the building of the Sewage Treatment Plant, PSZOK in Janowice Wielkie.

Part 4 Construction on the basis of a photovoltaic installation for own needs Miedzianka Water Intake in Janowice Wielkie.

Part 5 Construction of a photovoltaic installation on the roof for the own needs of the Primary School building in Janowice Wielkie.

The order is carried out as part of project no. RPDS.03.01.00-02-0004/21

The planned photovoltaic installation will be located on the ground next to the Municipal Office building at Kolejowa Street No. 2 in Janowice Wielkie. The property is owned by the Janowice Wielkie Municipality.

The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of photovoltaic panels – 124 pcs. (estimated number of photovoltaic panels depending on the proposed power of individual panels)

with a power of approx. 400 Wp each (with a tolerance of +10%) and 1 pc. Inverter.

The planned total capacity of the complete photovoltaic installation will amount to approx. 49.60 kWp (not less than 49.1 - but not more than 49.9 kW).

The scope covered by the subject of the contract includes:

a) development of a scheme for the placement of photovoltaic panels,

b) delivery of photovoltaic installation elements to the place of performance of the contract,

c) installation of the installation on the basis of technical documentation,

d) inclusion of the photovoltaic installation into the electricity supply network in the place indicated by the Ordering Party,

e) start-up and measurement of photovoltaic installation parameters,

f) notification to the Power Plant of the photovoltaic installation together with all required documents,

g) conducting training for the User of the photovoltaic installation in the field of: operation, operation and maintenance as well as health and safety regulations.

In the field of installation of the structure should be adopted: "construction – support columns anchored to the concrete foundation".

The planned photovoltaic installations will be located on the roof of the Primary School building

at 4 Partyzantów Street in Janowice Wielkie. The property is owned by the Janowice Wielkie Municipality.

The subject of the contract consists in the delivery and assembly of two complete photovoltaic installations consisting of:

- 124 pcs. (estimated number of photovoltaic panels depending on the proposed power of individual panels) with a capacity of approx. 400 Wp each (with a tolerance of +10%);

- 40 pcs. (estimated number of photovoltaic panels depending on the proposed power of individual panels) with a capacity of approx. 400 Wp each (with a tolerance of +10%);

- 2 pcs. Inverter.

The planned total capacity of the photovoltaic installation is respectively approx. 49.60 kWp (not less than 49.1 - but not more than 49.9 kWp) and approx. 16.00 kWp (not less than 15.8 - but not more than 16.3 kW).

b) delivery of photovoltaic installation elements to the place of performance of the contract,

The roof is covered with sheet metal and photovoltaic (PV) modules must be fixed using fasteners and system structures.
