The works cover the area from the Hubala Bridge – Stage II indicated by the blue line on the attached map of the area in the file entitled: Division into parts.pdf, - the area on the left is covered by a separate procedure for awarding a public contract. In the Tasks file.pdf the exact work area is separated by a red line and named "Task 1".

The scope of the investment includes comprehensive implementation of the construction project, enabling obtaining a permit for the use of the facility, starting from the performance of preparatory works and geodetic measurements, through earthworks, foundation, surface works, construction and assembly works, insulation, installation, finishing, up to and including land development.

• arrangement of the area of the existing city beach (outdoor showers, beach umbrellas),

• superstructure of the area intended for boulevards, along with the strengthening of the water escarpment of the embankment with fascine with a stone bedspread and the superstructure of the area intended for parking and access road to the boulevards,

• construction on the embankment of the beach service building and covered pergolas, constituting, together with the paved square, an integration space for exhibitions, festivals, fairs, mobile catering points, etc.,

• construction on the slope in front of the building of terrain stairs and a ramp intended for communication for people in wheelchairs,

• construction of a launch slip for kayakers and small vessels near the building, with the possibility of mooring and location of camping and tent stands,

• construction of pedestrian and bicycle routes on the embankment,

• construction on the embankment of a recreational pitch with dimensions of 26x35m, limited by ball catchers, with off-road stands (beach soccer court with the possibility of division into beach volleyball courts),

• location on the embankment, near the beach service building, children's playground and street workout equipment for young people,

• location on the embankment of elements of small architecture: benches, waste bins, bicycle racks, game tables, rest areas, etc.,

• construction on the slope from the side of the river of the escarpment stairs, allowing descent into the water for anglers, and on the embankment from the vent side of the stairs enabling entry to the boulevards from the economic road,

• construction of an access road from Sikorskiego Street together with a set of parking lots for passenger cars made of concrete cubes,

• construction from the vent side of the embankment of an economic road with a gravel surface to serve the fields within the boulevards under construction,

• construction of a fountain and a turning square,

• drainage of rainwater from communication routes on the embankment, parking lots from the vent side and fields (the area between the pedestrian and bicycle route and Rybaki Street) through rainwater drainage (drainage ditches and culverts under the embankment) to the river with the use of separators of petroleum compounds at the outlet,

• construction of water supply connection and sanitary sewage system as well as power connection

• construction of external plumbing and sanitary sewerage,

• construction of a longitudinal cable line as well as lighting and monitoring of the area,

• felling of trees within the embankment and planting of high and low greenery.

Scope of sanitary works:

a) Construction of rainwater drainage drainage of the access road and parking lot in the area of Sikorskiego Street: sections from well KD2.1 to well KD2.11 with rain drains and separator of petroleum substances, return flap, sections from well KD2.1 to P1 - P1.1, from P1 to P2,

b) Construction of an external network and water supply system with connection from node W1 to node SW20

c) Construction of the network and sanitary sewerage installation with connection from well S1 to well S9

d) Execution of sanitary plumbing and internal plumbing and installation of utensils, devices, batteries, etc. in the beach service building (execution of all sanitary and accompanying works necessary for the proper functioning of the equipment, installation and the entire facility)

The subject of the contract is the construction of: power supply for lighting the area, electrical installations and monitoring installations.
