The contest is for the procurement of a case and archive system, as detailed in the attached contract's annex 1.

This is part 1 of the procurement, called the 'Qualification Phase'.

The system will be used by

- Lillehammer Municipality

- Øyer Municipality

- Gausdal Municipality

In addition, other owner municipalities in Ikomm AS (currently Indre-Østfold, Østre Toten, Nesodden, and Våler Municipalities) will have an option to enter into a contract for an equivalent system. This also applies for any of Ikomm's new future owners.
