The existing washed concrete facade was tested in 2006 for stability and should remain on the building. However, an energetic optimization of the facade surfaces (ETICS) and new windows (triple glazing) are provided in compliance with the requirements of the current EnEV. Possibly. Additional energy measures required to comply with the KfW 70 standard should be taken into account.
