Routine maintenance and refurbishment work on housing for heritage properties managed by the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Regional Directorate: Plumbing work

This consultation concerns framework agreements with multi-awarded purchase orders.

The services are divided into 4 geographical lots (see list of assets divided by lot in the appendix). Each lot will be allocated separately.

The services will be remunerated by applying the unit prices fixed in the price schedule to the quantities actually performed. The Bpu is pre-quantified, the company informs a percentage - up or down - which will be applied to all the prices of the Bpu previously set by Erilia.
