Rebuild broken wall crown between the rafters, wall thickness approx. 14 cm, 70 running meters

Manufacture of wall openings, cross-sections from 15/15 to 25/20 cm and after laying the HLS / E cables

B) Masonry and plaster work on the façade

Rehabilitate masonry cracks by installing flat brick blocks and/or pressing cracks with trass lime suspension, 50 running metres

Repair damaged areas in the masonry in small quantities/areas, 1.5 m3

Back anchoring of the cantilevered eaves cornice (natural stone block) with threaded rods, 150 pieces

Replace damaged chimney head covers consisting of a concrete slab

12 fireplaces, 1 to 7 fireplaces.

Clean the façade using the high-pressure blasting process. 2500 m2

Knock off and renew damaged plasters large or partial, 2- and 3-layer lime plasters, hand mixed and apply by hand, 320 m2

Reinforcement and backfilling of hollow plaster areas by injection, single sizes from 20/20 to 40/40 cm, 115 pieces
