The Joint Purchasing Centre is responsible for carrying out this public call for tenders in order to find a service provider capable of managing political signage including: the distribution of political posters by display location, reception, processing (identification, counting, quality control, storage), distribution, collage and maintenance of political posters for votes and federal elections, cantonal and communal in the canton of Geneva.
