This procurement concerns framework agreements for hearing aids including accessories and spare parts for successive call-offs as described in the procurement documents.

general and/or specific training;
demonstrationsexemplar;
support,
Service during and after the warranty period
Ceiling volume
The ceiling volume in the framework agreement is 208000 hearing aids.
If the Purchaser's orders exceed the specified number, the Framework Agreement expires without further confirmation from either party. The Parties share a mutual responsibility to inform the counterparty if the ceiling volume is achieved.
The ceiling volume shall not be seen as a guaranteed volume but only establishes an upper limit for the framework agreement.
