The subject of the contract are: comprehensive cleaning, disinfection services, minor auxiliary works, internal transport, maintenance of external areas and the supply of materials necessary to perform the services (called Services) with simultaneous takeover pursuant to art. 23 of the Act of 26.6.1974 Labor Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1502 as amended) of former hospital employees employed in positions related to the performance of the subject of the contract by the Contractor to whom the contract will be awarded.
The subject of the contract are: comprehensive cleaning, disinfection services, minor auxiliary works, internal transport, maintenance of external areas and delivery of materials necessary to perform the services (called Services) with simultaneous takeover pursuant to art. 23 of the Act of 26.6.1974 Labor Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1502 as amended). former hospital employees employed in positions related to the performance of the subject of the contract by the Contractor to whom the contract will be awarded.
The estimated number of employees to be taken over as at the date of announcing these proceedings is 20 people (employed under an employment contract). The Employer requires the Contractor to make a commitment that if this order is obtained he will take over former hospital employees pursuant to art. 23 of the Labor Code, employed in the performance of the contract from the current Contractor. (The personal list of persons envisaged to be taken over pursuant to Article 23 of the Code of Administrative Procedure will constitute an annex to the contract concluded with the Contractor who will be awarded the public contract in question).
The subject of the contract includes cleaning:
- hospital facilities constituting buildings and parts thereof, and
- external areas.
"Services" should be performed in accordance with the Employer's requirements described in the "Detailed description of the subject of the contract" and a list of works related to the maintenance of hospital areas. The Employer will allow the use of utilities and rooms necessary for the proper performance of the service.
The Contractor will use his own equipment, ensuring its quantity to the extent necessary to perform the service, taking into account the needs of the Ordering Party, in particular: service trolleys for washing, disinfection with full equipment (e.g. covers, mops, sticks, shelves, etc.), waste transport trolleys medical and municipal services. Under the terms of the contract, the quality and manner of providing services will be assessed by authorized representatives of the Employer within the time limits set by the Employer.
In order to provide services covered by this contract, the Employer shall rent to the Contractor, premises for the purposes necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the contract in accordance with the rental contract.
It is recommended that the valuation of the offers be preceded by a local vision and should take into account all costs and activities necessary to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the law and best technical knowledge. Vision dates will be set by the Employer at the request of an interested party.
